HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

I ship via UPS and USPS, with most orders processed within 5 business days. Shipping transit times range from 2-7 business days depending on where you are located in the US. Larger paintings (those with any dimension over 40 inches) may take longer as they may require the building of a custom crate. If you require faster shipping, please contact me prior to purchase to make arrangements at marcia.crumley@gmail.com

CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?

Any painting with a value of $250 or higher must be sent to a physical address in case the item requires a signature for delivery. Small paintings under $250 in value may be shipped to a PO Box vis USPS.

CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Please contact me prior to purchase at marcia.crumley@gmail.com for a quote on shipping costs based on the painting you’ve selected and your location.  

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

For Contiguous US: Shipping is free for all paintings other than extra-large paintings (those with any dimension over 40”). For extra-large paintings please contact me for a custom quote at marcia.crumley@gmail.com

For Non-Contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands) and international shipments: please contact me prior to purchase at marcia.crumley@gmail.com for a custom quote.

IS LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Yes. LOCAL PICKUP is available in either Boston, MA or Cape Elizabeth, ME.  

LOCAL DELIVERY is also available on pieces 24” x 24” and larger in the Portland, Maine and Boston, Massachusetts areas.

For local pickup or delivery, just select that option at checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 

IPaintings may be returned for a full within 30 days, as long as they are in their original condition. The purchase price of the painting, plus tax, will be refunded. The original shipping fee (if any) and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at marcia.crumley@gmail.com so we can resolve the situation.

If you would like additional information prior to purchase to help with your final painting selection, please email me at marcia.crumley@gmail.com I’d be happy to provide additional photos (side views, close-ups, etc.) or photoshop the painting into a photo of the spot you have in mind for it.
